Vendor needs to provide environmental site assessment services to the government authority located in Newton, NJ.– Review completed phase 1 environmental site assessment to determine the extent of the site assessment that is necessary.– Perform a geophysical survey to determine locations of subsurface structures.– Take soil samples to determine impacted subsurface conditions.– Investigate groundwater which shall include a well point to determine if have impacted the site.– Coordinate all field work with subcontractors.– Restore all disturbed areas to original condition.
