(1) Vendor needs to provide communications and marketing services.• Maintain an editorial/content calendar identifying topics, channels, audiences, deadlines, approvals, and publication dates.• Social media channels – content planning; copywriting; graphic or short–form asset creation; scheduling/posting; appropriate tagging; basic comment and message monitoring; and escalation of service requests, complaints, or sensitive issues to staff.• Website – routine content updates; page refreshes; news and event postings; basic content governance; identification of outdated or broken content; search– and usability–informed recommendations; and coordination with the County’s website host or technical provider when development work is required.• Mass email communications – audience segmentation support; copy, design, links, and calls to action; testing; scheduling; distribution to approved lists; and performance reporting for job seeker, business, partner, or stakeholder communications.• Creation of campaign assets for digital, email, web, print, events, partner toolkits, or other approved channels.• Campaign launch, coordination, optimization, and results reporting.• Audience research or segmentation and development of campaign strategy, key messages, creative concept, channel mix, and calls to action.
