(1) Vendor needs to provide special legal counsel service to the government authority located in Pittsburgh, PA.  • Legal services may include:• Attendance at monthly meetings. • Consultation and correspondence with agency members and administrative support staff regarding legal matters.• Research and review of relevant case law. • Attendance at hearings related to complaints.• Drafting, modification and finalization of agency findings.(2) The contract period will be for one year.   (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 12,2026.
