We seek symmetrical bandwidth at 5 Gbps scalable to 10 Gbps with guaranteed throughput to the Applicants head-end located at 5926 Calumet Ave, Hammond, IN 46320 beginning July 1, 2027. Please provide laddered pricing in 1 Gbps increments in all bids and contracts. School City of Hammond will require a /26 (64 addresses) of IPv4 address for our use. Any requirements for justification or allocation must be pre-authorized for the bid to be accepted. Proposal Delivery The Applicant reserves the right to reject each and every bid, and to waive informalities, irregularities, and errors in the bidding to the extent permitted by law. If a responsible bid is not received or if it is determined that the low bid received is too high, the bid received will be rejected and the project will be cancelled or re-bid.
