'Project Description City of Washougal requests for Qualifications (RFQ) to provide Civil Engineering and Landscape Architectural Services for the design and project management of the Civic Campus and Recreational Complex to improve the economic development of Washougal’s downtown. This project will include Parking, lighting, EV charging stations, dog park, playground, splash pad, outdoor seating, farmers market, and food cart area. The selected consultant will be responsible for developing a unique and exciting area that can be completed within the allocated construction budget and the available space.
