QUALITY-2895 - USA (Cape Coral, Florida) - Drug Testing Services - Deadline August 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide drug testing services to the government authority located in Cape Coral, FL.A. Post accident or reasonable suspicion testing: post–accident or suspicious testing shall be performed no more than two hours after the event or request by the city. the employee being tested shall be accompanied by a supervisor to a collection point. testing is to be done immediately upon arrival.B. Random testing: random testing shall be conducted on–site, or at a collection point (off–site). if done off–site, city employees testing shall take priority and first responders service must be provided a first attempt to provide a sample within 30 mins of signing in at the testing location.C. Return to work / fit for duty: upon return to work from a leave of absence, a test shall be performed prior to return to work to determine fitness for dutyD. Follow–up testing: occurs when an employee has entered into an employee assistance program, drug/alcohol program, or alcohol related problems the employee may be required to submit to follow–up testing.E. Medical review officer (MRO) services are to be provided at no additional cost to the city.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026.
