Description
The City of Hialeah is seeking proposals from a qualified elevator maintenance firm to provide the Construction & Maintenance Department with a full range of routine elevator maintenance and repair services to the City’s elevators. All work shall be completed in full accordance with Section 399, Florida Statutes, as well as Florida Administrative Code 61C-5 (Florida Elevator Safety Code), NFPA 70 National Electrical Code, NFPA 72 National Fire Alarm Code and ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) 17.1 Safety Code for Elevators and Escalators.
