Description
Tragwerksplanung in den Leistungsphasen 5 bis 6 nach § 49 ff. HOAI 2021; Leistungsinhalt sollen alle Grundleistungen der einzelnen Leistungsphasen gemäß Anlage 14 (zu § 51 Absatz 5, § 52 Absatz 2) HOAI sein. Auf Grundlage von Anlage 14 HOAI wird diese Maßnahme der Honorarzone III zugeordnet. Eine stufenweise Beauftragung ist nicht vorgesehen. Für die Planung sind folgende besondere Leistungen in Anlehnung an HOAI 2021 Anlage 14 (zu § 51 Abs. 5 und § 52 Abs. 2) zu erbringen: - Einarbeitung in bestehende Unterlagen zusätzliche Leistungen: - Erstellung eines Baugrundgutachtens
