Description
The City of Banning (“City”) is seeking a qualified entity or individual (“Company”) to provide landscape maintenance services listed in the Scope of Work for District No. 1. The City anticipates selecting one firm to perform these services on an annual basis (base year plus four (4) one-year optional renewals) starting on or about July 2024. The renewal period starts on July 1st and end on June 30th of each year. Pricing is to remain firm for the initial contract term. Should the option to renew for additional years be exercised, City and Company may negotiate any and all price modifications. Proposals are requested from Companies that have a demonstrated ability to perform the tasks identified in this Request for Proposal (“RFP”).
