(1) Vendor needs to provide medical readiness and advanced cardiac risk screening program services to the government authority located in Colorado.• Health questionnaire and clinical review.• Hemoglobin A1C testing.• Fasting lipid panel.• Advanced cardiac laboratory testing intended to enhance cardiovascular and metabolic risk assessment.• Cardiac CT imaging.• 12–lead electrocardiogram (EKG).• Body composition analysis, including body fat percentage and skeletal muscle mass, with BMI documentation.• Blood pressure and heart rate measurement.• Required physical metrics and documentation for police officer benefit trust screening requirements.• Private results review and individualized clinical feedback from an appropriately licensed medical provider.• Secure participant access to applicable results.• Administrative and documentation support associated with the screening program.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
