TRANSPORT-11728 - USA (White Plains, New York) - Bee-Line Transportation Operations and Maintenance Consulting Services - Deadline October 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide bee–line transportation operations and maintenance consulting services to the government authority located in White Plains, NY.– Provide a range of on–call subject–matter expertise for the agency’s bee–line bus service fixed–route and paratransit operations. • Transit procurement services: assist the agency in all aspects of the procurement of rolling stock and related services/infrastructure by providing study and review services and developing technical specifications.– Rolling stock procurement.– Quality control, quality assurance, inspection, testing, and related reports.• Transit compliance services:– Provide technical and subject–matter advice on Federal, state or local regulations or associated guidance, and ensure that agency is kept apprised any new and pertinent laws, regulations and guidance.– Prepare for a triennial review including the organization, collection, preparation, presentation and delivery of documentation and other information for the FTA.– Respond to any findings of a triennial review.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 2, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
