'Project Description Pierce County Planning and Public Works, Office of the County Engineer division, requests qualifications from consulting engineering firms capable of preparing a Type, Size and Location (TS&L) study for the Fox Island Bridge No. 26211-A. The Consulting firm selected will prepare the TS&L study roughly following the outline in section 2.1.5 of the WSDOT Bridge Design Manual. Parameters in addition to those indicated in the WSDOT Bridge Design Manual will also likely be required. The intent of this TS&L study is to evaluate crossing alternatives and provide a recommended alternative for the replacement of the existing Fox Island Bridge No. 26211-A. The TS&L Study will involve the review and analysis of a wide range of design parameters, both structural and non-structural, and the administration and management of a multidisciplinary project study team
