FIRE-1926 - USA (Portsmouth, Virginia) - Fire Protection Systems Testing, Inspection and Maintenance Services - Deadline October 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide fire protection systems testing, inspection and maintenance services to the government authority located in Portsmouth, VA.– Fire Alarms:• Test and inspect – parts and labor (panel and peripherals) included.• Functional annual and semi–annual testing and inspection of fire alarm systems• Fire alarm panel and peripheral component replacement for fire alarm systems:– Cover component replacement on the central processing unit, including reprogramming of system due to failure, replacement of circuit boards and all components in the control panels, annunciator panels, transponders, printers, keyboard monitors, batteries, and peripheral devices (smoke detectors, pull stations, audible/visible units, door contacts, etc.) associated with system.– Extinguishers per agency (to include the PPS bus Fleet extinguishers):• Full coverage parts and labor, testing and inspection.• Annual inspection.• Test, inspections and diagnostic tests for accessible portable fire extinguishers.• Replacement of moving parts including valve stems, o–rings, seals, pins and decals.• Maintenance and hydrostatic testing – complete tear down of unit if applicable to inspect internally and hydro–test as required by agency• Recharge, hydrostatic testing, internal parts, signage, along with parts and labor included.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 7, 2026.(4) Mandatory Site Visits will be held on October 6, 2026.
