(1) Vendor needs to provide green roof feasibility study, plan, design and implementation services to the government authority located in Erie, PA.– Task 1 – Existing conditions assessment:– Existing roof systems.– Structural capacity.– Mechanical equipment locations.– Roof access.– Task 2 – Feasibility study:– Structural suitability for green roof installation.– Opportunities for one large green roof or multiple smaller installations.– Task 3 – Benefits analysis:– Prepare an analysis of anticipated project benefits for two recommended green roof.– Task 4 – Conceptual design and buildable drawings:– Existing conditions drawings.– Roof plans.– Proposed green roof layouts.– Task 7 – City Hall lobby assessment and conceptual redesign:– As a secondary component of the project, the consultant shall evaluate the existing City Hall lobby and develop conceptual options for its redesign.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 21, 2026.
