(1) Vendor needs to provide red light camera systems to the government authority located in Charlotte, NC.• The system must include cameras capable of detecting traffic signal violations without requiring separate vehicle detection systems or connections to traffic signal cabinets.• Automatically detect and document red–light violations, including video and still images• Be capable of capturing a minimum of 4 lanes per approach• Minimum 4k pixel resolution with video and still image capability in all light conditions• Securely access live view into cameras by authorized users• Include the ability to use auxiliary flash units for capturing violations in low–light conditions• Communications Interface: Responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining all communication linkages as necessary to operate the red–light camera system effectively. • Secure and reliable connections between the field equipment and the back–office system for citation processing, program management, and real–time system monitoring.(2) A pre–proposal conferences will be held on October 21, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 12, 2026.
