(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Morristown, TN.– The following tasks shall be performed with the frequency noted:a. Tuesday and Fridayi. Doors, walls, partitionsa) Spot clean doors, walls, frames.ii. Restroomsa) Clean, sanitize and polish toilets, sinks and urinalsb) Empty, line, clean and sanitize trash containersc) Fill, clean and sanitize dispensers: soap, towel, tissue, and napkins. Contractor to furnish all supplies.d) Clean and polish glass mirrors, chrome, and hardwaree) Sweep, damp mop and sanitize floorsiii. Floorsa) Sweep and damp mop resilientb) Vacuum rugs and carpetiv. Rugs and Outdoor Matsa) Shake and vacuumv. Waste cansa) Empty and replace liner as neededb) Clean (inside and out)–Monthly or as needed.(2) The contract period will be for three years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 3, 2026(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 28, 2026
