General work description: The purpose of this solicitation is for the delivery and set up of a new 10-classroom portable unit to replace eight existing portable classrooms that have exceeded their life expectancy. The new unit will include an enclosed transition area connecting it to the main school building to enhance both convenience and student safety. This project is planned to be completed and ready for use by the start of the 2026-2027 school year. The portable classroom was already purchased in FY25.
