(1) Vendor needs to provide community Wi–Fi expansion services aims to bridge the digital divide and enhance broadband access to the government authority located in New Haven, CT.• Bandwidth allocation, fair–use policies, traffic prioritization, and congestion management during large events and peak–use periods.• The proposed use of PoE or PoE+ switches and injectors.• Proposed VLAN, firewall, access–control, and network–isolation methods.• Protection against unauthorized access, misuse, intrusion, and lateral movement between network segments.• Security administration, logging, alerting, firmware management, and incident–response capabilities.• The capacity and throughput of the proposed access points, switches, routers, PoE equipment, injectors, optics, and related network components.• The proposed dedicated fiber–optic backhaul connection to the closest community anchor Institution with existing education network service.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
