(1) Vendor needs to provide attorney service to the government authority located in Hamilton, NJ.– The Agency desires to appoint a Zoning Board Attorney to represent the Township in all Zoning Board matters for upcoming calendar year.– The purpose of this contract is to appoint a Zoning Board Attorney to represent Agency in all Zoning Board matters for the upcoming calendar year. – The successful candidate will attend all Board and Agenda meetings, prepare resolutions and litigate on behalf of the Township. (2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.
