(1) Vendor needs to provide professional engineer oversight service to the government authority located in Oakland, MI.• Design / Pre–Bid Services– Review project plans for compliance with the 10 State Standards and Michigan Department of Environmental, Great Lakes, and agency plan review checklists.– Meet with City staff to discuss plan review comments and any required revisions.– Site visit(s) before construction, if needed. – Review the final plans and provide a professional engineer’s seal and certification.– Review of the online agency Permit Application prior to submission.– Review the project technical specifications for compliance with 10 State Standards.– Review the agency Water Main Construction Guide and Specifications and provide a professional engineer’s seal and certification. (2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 5, 2026.
