STAFF-16519 - USA (Aspen, Colorado) - Licensee and Operator Services - Deadline September 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide licensee and operator services to the government authority located in Aspen, CO.– Manage day–to–day operations of hall which has been designed and programmed as a community gathering space, activated by food and beverage services, as well as events and activities to engage the community and visitors year–round.– Administer all subleases (food vendors and retail, grab–and–go) and manage subtenants, including collection of rent, expense reconciliations, and enforcement of leases.– Manage third–party vendors and contractors who perform work at the property.– Responsible for brand representation and marketing oversight, including website, advertising platforms, and management of third–party consultants.– Responsible for payment of operating costs and accounting of operating expenses.– Coordinate, plan and manage public events and private parties at the property.– Coordinated maintenance and management of park with city staff, administer and enforce boundaries of any indoor and outdoor common–consumptions premises.– Manage day–to–day operations and all staffing for the asset, including operation of the upper level full–service bar and main–floor lunch counter beverage service.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 12,2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on July 30, 2026.
