CSE-24818 - USA (Orange, New York) - Security Officer Services - INFO ONLY, RFP NOT INCLUDED - Deadline October 12,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide security officer services for educational organization to the government authority located in Orange, NY.– The firm shall pay all fees, provide all uniforms, incur all expenses, and secure all permits and certifications necessary to complete the work in every respect.– The district reserves the right to require participation of security officers in training deemed appropriate.– Security Officer Services will be required as needed at District sponsored events (i.e., special events, extracurricular activities).– Four (4) security officers at eight (8) hours per day for a total of sixteen (16) hours per day, Monday through Friday, for no more than 80 hours per week when school is in session per the adopted district calendar (attached). Anticipated shifts for security guard services during the day shift will be one (1) guard covering from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and one (1) guard covering from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00p.m. event coverage as requested
