(1) Vendor needs to provide professional municipal engineering services to the government authority located in Lakeland, FL.• The engineer shall include all phases of engineering services, including to, planning, reports and studies, and design and construction services.• Prepare plans and specifications for streets, alleys, parking lots, recreational facilities, drainage and storm water management systems with associated stormwater calculations report.• Prepare traffic operation, pavement marking, traffic signal and maintenance of traffic plans.• Develop solid waste management programs, including landfills, transfer stations, incinerators, etc., including associated environmental impact studies.• Provide structural design, inspections, reports, evaluations and other related services.• Operation and maintenance studies and training.• Wastewater treatment processes and systems economic studies.• Studies related to rates, user charges impact, etc.• Prepare wastewater treatment and reclamation process designs.• Prepare wastewater pump station and pressure system designs(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 30, 2026.
