(1) Vendor needs to provide access control and video hardware services to the non–profit organization located in South Carolina. – Provide comprehensive fire safety (location 2 only), security hardware, and services.• Monitoring: Provision of 24/7 monitoring services for the agency.• User Interface (UI) and mobile access:– A cloud–based or networked interface allowing Institute staff to manage access and view footage remotely.– Mobile application: The system must include a robust mobile application for administrative staff to manage access points, view real–time video feeds, and receive security alerts.• Interchangeable hardware (Non–Proprietary): All proposed hardware must be interchangeable between service providers.• Storage options: Proposals must include quotes for 30, 60, and 90–day video storage tiers and US based storage options(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.
