Vendor needs to provide beverage handling services to the government authority located in Redmond, OR.1. Event coverage and coordination:– Events produced by third–party renters when alcoholic–beverage service is requested or required under the facility rental agreement.– Conferences, concerts, sporting events, festivals, banquets, rodeos, trade shows, auctions, and private functions, subject to Facility approval and applicable licensing requirements.– The annual county fair, including all designated public sales areas, beer gardens, entertainment venues, VIP or hospitality areas, and other approved locations.2. Alcohol beverage concession services:– Services include the retail sale and service of beer, wine, cider, distilled spirits, non–alcoholic beverages, and related products, as authorized by applicable law, licensing, and the facility–approved event plan.– The service provider shall operate all approved points of sale, beer gardens, portable bars, hospitality areas, permanent bars, and other alcohol–service locations identified in the applicable event operations plan.3. Product procurement, inventory, and storage:– Obtain facility approval for product selections, brands, package sizes, pricing categories, and any exclusive–pour or sponsorship arrangements.– Maintain secure storage areas and limit access to authorized personnel.– Use inventory–control procedures sufficient to track all deliveries, transfers, sales, complimentary products, breakage, spoilage, returns, and theft.– Provide beginning and ending inventory reports for the annual county fair and other events as required by the facility.
