(1) Vendor needs to provide executive office of energy and environmental affairs service to the government authority located in Boston, MA. – Advise on selecting a Planning Vendor (PV) and identifying Municipal Members to join the Core Team.– Guide the use of the GEAR Tool and facilitate community data discussions.– Co–lead an investigation to identify lived expertise.– Recruit Community Liaisons (CLs) through outreach and community engagement.– Facilitate sessions on social vulnerability and inclusive engagement.– Support the Core Team in outreach and engagement with vulnerable populations in the community.– Integrate community feedback about specific vulnerabilities to update community resilience priorities.– Support the vetting of a seed project and outreach planning.– Participate in internal coordination, support, and technical assistance with the MVP team.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
