(1) Vendor needs to provide public engagement services for comprehensive plan update.A. Project Coordination– Facilitate monthly project management status meetings with city staff with agenda to be created by consultant.– Coordinate regularly with City staff and the Comprehensive Plan project management consultant throughout the engagement process.B. Public Engagement Strategy– Develop a comprehensive public engagement strategy that supports the project objectives and Metropolitan Council engagement requirements.– Design engagement activities that validate Vision and identify community priorities, values, and cross–cutting themes to inform the Comprehensive PlanC. Community Engagement Activities– Plan, facilitate, and document a minimum of two major community engagement events.– Conduct additional engagement activities, such as pop–up events, interviews, or other targeted outreach opportunities identified in the engagement strategy.D. Communications and Outreach– Assist the City in communicating project updates, engagement opportunities, and key milestones(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.
