(1) Vendor needs to provide tourism destination brand marketing services.– Provide a comprehensive range of destination brand marketing services within the Korea major market area.– Develop and manage airline partnerships to monitor and optimize load factors, maintain and expand airlift capacity, and enhance multi–island utilization.– Drive travel demand by promoting multi–island itineraries and focusing marketing efforts toward shoulder periods to smooth seasonal fluctuations.– Promote cultural festivals, events, and programs.– Develop and maintain a social media content calendar and create localized social media posts.– Maintain the cultural integrity of the Hawaiian language, customs and practices, cultural and historic sites, and imagery in all brand marketing initiatives.– Develop consumer–facing content, including video, written, and interactive materials.– Integrate marketing campaigns with public relations and media initiatives to maximize consumer engagement. – Explore and test new marketing channels and technologies, including AI–powered tools, to enhance reach and engagement.– Develop partnerships with key media influencers to extend the welcoming message to target audiences.– Develop and maintain an electronic media database.– Provide creative ideas for unique partnerships to leverage resources.– Develop and distribute a regularly scheduled travel trade newsletter to key travel trade partners.– Manage and maintain existing social media platforms.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.
