(1) Vendor needs to provide investment and fiduciary consultant service to the government authority located in San Mateo, CA. – Provide investment and fiduciary consultant for its defined contribution retirement plans. – Provide and employ a fiduciary best practices checklist for committee members; administer and report on the adherence to best practices.– Employ and document a comprehensive investment evaluation process, including performance benchmarks and processes for probation and replacement.– Facilitate a methodical process for identifying and selecting investment options.– Review and present to the committee investment reporting for the health savings account plans.– Monitor and report on all fees (investment, recordkeeping and others), including comparisons against appropriate benchmarks.– Conduct requests for proposals for service providers in accordance with county procurement requirements.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.
