Bid Deposit: 5% Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting: August 12, 2026 at 10:00 AM. A second Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for August 14, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Meet at the front of the Ferguson Library located at, 1 Public Library Plaza, Stamford, CT 06901. Bidders who attended the first Pre-Bid Meeting do NOT need to attend the second. Project Manager: Josh Noggle, Building Systems Engineer All Proposal and Bid documents, drawings and specifications can be viewed/ downloaded from ProcureWare (https://stamfordct.procureware.com). All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted online via the Clarifications feature within ProcureWare.
