(1) Vendor needs to provide photography services for the 2027/2028 school year with the option to continue agreements through 2028/2029 and 2029/2030.A. Fall & Spring Photography- Photographers will be on–site in the fall for student and staff portraits.- Photographers will return in the spring for additional student and staff photographs.- Package options will be distributed to parents/guardians.B. Student Identification Cards- Student ID cards will be prepared, created, and delivered to schools.- IDs will be used for library resource center book checkout.- Duplicate ID cards for all returning elementary students must be provided before thestart of the school year.C. Yearbooks- Yearbook agreements at the elementary level are handled separately by individual schools.D. Background Requirement- Elementary–level photo backgrounds must be provided at no additional charge.D. Athletic Picture Day Operations- Coordinate picture day schedules with athletic departments.- Option for online ordering- Provide a minimum of two photographers when necessary.- Provide outdoor risers for large team photographs.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on October 6, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 19, 2026.
