(1) Vendor needs to provide IBM’s Maximo application suite asset management system.– Maximo serves as the facility asset management system and is a critical tool for supporting daily operations and maintenance activities.– Utilities, robust asset management is also necessary to support financial reporting, operational performance, regulatory compliance, and long–term capital planning.– Including maintenance and inventory management systems, and subject matter experts with demonstrated expertise and practical experience with industrial planning and scheduling and inventory management.– Integration with gateway and broker to utilize SCADA data, Workday, Esri ArcGIS, project management information system (PMIS), engineering news record construction cost index (ENRCCI) or similar source, and mobile devices.– Dashboard development and implementation will be needed for user–types and locations.– Provide a new, updated data hierarchy in line with international organization for standardization frameworks.– Ongoing support of the current Maximo Production environment includes report changes and development, troubleshooting, program patches and fixes, and minor customizations and configurations.– Include full service for new or upgraded application software packages or extensions to the existing systems, e.g., mobile inventory (bar coding) or wireless application development and deployment, GIS, or permitting or billing systems that support the applications.– Updating chart of accounts and general ledgers and purchase contracts.– Alert for users creating work orders on assets under warranty so that the warranty can be enforced.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 4, 2026.(3) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on November 18, 2026.
