(1) Vendor needs to provide network cabinet upgrade service to the government authority located in Jackson, MI. – To upgrade the internal connections between the district’s network wiring closets, as well as upgrade a quantity of network cabinets.– Certain network racks/cabinets have been specified for upgrade to larger sizes. – For procurement, mounting, and migration of existing cabling and/or equipment from the existing rack/cabinet to the new unit.– must carefully unmount the existing patch panels from the old rack, support the weight of the attached cable bundles to prevent tension, and securely remount the panels in the designated spaces of the new cabinet.– Only hook–and–loop fasteners are permitted for bundling and securing cables.– The use of plastic zip–ties is strictly prohibited on all network data cabling.(2) A pre–bid meeting had been held on October 26, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than November 6, 2026.
