CONS-24700 - USA (Sugar Land, Texas) - Park Improvements Service - Deadline November 12,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide park improvements service to the government authority located in Sugar Land, TX.• Work includes, but is not limited to:A. Site preparation, tree protection, selective demolition, pavement and site elementremoval, and furniture relocation.B. Construction of parking lot pavement, curbs, catch basins, and parking islandlandscaping.C. Installation of a new waterline and connection to the City main.D. Installation of irrigation; grading adjustments; and hydroseeding/hydromulching of fields.E. Installation of playground walls and ADA–compliant sidewalks.F. Dumpster enclosure renovation.G. Adjustment of existing utilities as needed.• Work includes, but is not limited to:A. Tree protection and sidewalk demolition.B. Bench reinstallation and new ADA–compliant sidewalks.C. Installation of decomposed granite around the park building and resodding of the area south of the building(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 30, 2026.(4) Non–Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on October 22, 2026.
