(1) Vendor needs to provide professional design and engineering services to the government authority located in Orlando, FL. – Provide construction administration and related professional services for the delivery of the airside 2 wing expansion program.– Aircraft apron reconstruction adjacent to airside 2 to accommodate new contact gates.– Taxiway, taxilane, and aircraft movement geometry modifications required to maintain compliant operations.– Program includes the design and construction of a new airside 2 wing 8 extending from the northeast side of the existing airside 2 hub located.– New airside concessions and concessions support shell space and infrastructure necessary for concessions tenant improvement projects including food and beverage and retail opportunities.(2) Non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on June 29, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 6, 2026.
