CONS-24476 - USA (Colorado) - Campus Maintenance Building Construction Services - Deadline October 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide campus maintenance building construction services to the government authority located in CO. – All electrical work required for completion of the project shall be performed by a licensed electrical contractor and subcontractor.– Contractor shall provide their own dumpster for removal and cleanup all their materials from the site as well as providing final cleanup of all associated work areas.– Contractor shall remove all waste material from the site daily unless otherwise approved.– Staging areas will be discussed during the site visit meeting.– Provide all site work shown in the construction documents, including site preparation, excavation, grading, backfill, new asphalt drive, concrete apron and sidewalks, ADA parking and access improvements, utility connections and extensions, stormwater and drainage improvements, and restoration of disturbed areas.– Provide a complete building in accordance with the architectural and structural drawings, including foundations, structural systems, concrete slab, pre–engineered/metal building components, metal roof and wall panels, building insulation and weatherproofing, gutters, downspouts and splash blocks, two 10' x 10' overhead garage doors, exterior and interior doors, frames, hardware and accessories, interior partitions and finishes, painting, and all required blocking, supports, penetrations, sealants, and miscellaneous items necessary for a complete installation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.(3) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on October 13, 2026.
