(1) Vendor needs to provide investment management and advisory services to the District’s Investment Policy, liquidity management and cash–flow analysis, strategies for achieving the District’s investment objectives, and performance benchmark to the government authority located in Beaumont, CA.– Conduct due diligence on broker–dealers and maintain relationships with the broker–dealer community.– Continually monitor market conditions and other relevant circumstances and recommend changes to investment policies, strategies, and/or specific portfolio positions, as appropriate.– Ensure that the District’s investment portfolio remains in compliance with the District’s Investment Policy and all applicable laws.– Serve as a resource to District staff by providing investment–related information, advice, and training. Communicate with District staff as necessary to understand the District’s investment operations and needs.– Summary of Portfolio Holdings. A detailed listing of all securities held at the end of the reporting period, categorized by security type, maturity and institution.– Transaction Summary. A summary of all portfolio transactions completed during the reporting period.– Investment Strategy. For quarterly reports, a description of the investment strategies employed during the reporting period and any recommended changes to the District’s investment strategy.– Allocation of Brokerage. Where the Advisor places orders for the execution of portfolio transaction for the District account, the Advisor may allocate such transaction to such brokers and dealers for execution on such markets, at such prices and at such commission rates as in the good faith judgement of the Advisor will be in the best interest of the District.
