CLEANING-13130 - USA (Eugene, Oregon) - Cleaning Services of Residence Hall and Family Housing Co-op Dryer Vents and Ductwork - Deadline August 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide cleaning services of residence hall and family housing co–op dryer vents and ductwork to the government authority located in Eugene, OR.– Conduct pre–test inspection of dryer exhaust duct system– Provide University with a detailed scope of work identifying the dryer vent and ducting components requiring services as well as those that do not then require service.– Prior to commencing work, assess dryer vents and ducting condition to determine appropriate controls, safety measures, tools, equipment and cleaning products are on hand to complete the work.– Clean and remove lint and/or other debris from duct system from point of access behind dryers out to the exit point of the dryer exhaust.– Clean and service lint filters as required.– Remove all obstructions to duct exhaust system and check for condensation accumulations.– Conduct performance testing of equipment(2) A voluntary pre–proposal meeting will be held on July 20, 2026.
