HEALTH-10381 - USA (Ukiah, California) - Comprehensive Behavioral Health Crisis Services - Deadline August 7,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive behavioral health crisis services to the government authority located in Ukiah, CA.         – A comprehensive behavioral health crisis service response to address urgent and emergency behavioral health conditions twenty–four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, three hundred and sixty–five (365) days per year.– Behavioral health crisis service provider that is capable of providing the most comprehensive, efficient, and cost–effective crisis service continuum.– The crisis service provider shall maintain staffing composition and strategies adequate to meet all specialty behavioral health timely access, time and distance standards, and all other quality assurance and performance improvement standards.– The crisis service provider shall maintain staffing composition and strategies that meet the minimum qualifications for mobile crisis response and emergency room/office–based crisis response, and which allow for the most efficient and comprehensive response to individuals who are meet medical necessity for behavioral health crisis.– Mobile crisis service shall be provided in accordance with Notice 23–025, and associated regulations.– The crisis service provider shall submit billing in the format required.– Mobile crisis benefit response capacity.– Staffing, operation, and maintenance of the crisis hotline.– Emergency rooms, crisis centers, and other behavioral health service.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
