(1) Vendor needs to provide professional architectural and engineering services to the government authority located in Texas.– Architectural and/or Engineering Services to Provide Design Services for the Development and Implementation of Various Parks, Trails, and Recreational Projects.– Provide architectural, historian, landscape architectural, and engineering services, and capable of providing services including but not limited to design and documentation of the project, writing specifications, cost estimates, sealing plans, approvals from all required jurisdictional authorities, bidding, and construction administration.– Prepare planning studies for parks, trails, architectural and recreational projects. – Provide topographic surveys for project design, boundary surveys and property descriptions (metes and bounds) include a survey map for property acquisition. – Develop architectural design options and opinion of probable cost at each milestone submission. – Provide sustainability in design, including all softscapes and hardscapes. – Provide environmental and landscape design. – Provide wayfinding system and graphics. – Provide art consulting services. – Conduct geotechnical analysis and provide necessary report(s). – Conduct hydraulic and hydrology analysis and provide drainage design for designated projects. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 16, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
