(1) Vendor needs to provide custom branding services.– Provide custom branded recreational apparel and office attire.– Responsible for procuring the required shirts and hats, as well as performing the embroidery and screen–printing services as required.– Purchase benchmark items, approved equivalents, or other comparable apparel, promotional products, uniforms, and accessories.– Shirts.– Sweatshirts and outerwear.– Headwear.– Customization services, including screen printing and embroidery.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.(3) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 18, 2026,(4) The contract period will be for two years.
