(1) Vendor needs to provide hazardous waste services to the government authority located in Chesterfield, VA. – Provide agency with all services required for managing, transporting, and disposing of hazardous wastes and other waste materials generated by the agency in the course of its normal activities as well as any hazardous materials actually or threatened to be released or spilled within the agency. – Perform testing, packaging, removal, transportation, storage, treatment, and/or disposal of hazardous waste, non‑hazardous waste, universal waste, and other waste materials generated by the agency.– Package, label, mark, and load all waste in a manner meeting all legal requirements. – Provide reconditioned, agency‑approved 55‑gallon drums for use when appropriate.– Transport materials in permitted vehicles that are properly placarded prior to and during shipment and provide required placards to the transporter as needed.– Serve as a consultant to the agency concerning waste material management.– Prepare and provide all waste profiles, manifests, shipping papers (e.g., bills of lading), pre–printed and blank labels, and associated documentation (e.g., land ban forms) for agency waste shipments.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
