(1) Vendor needs to provide airport cybersecurity operations center and disaster recovery network infrastructure services to the government authority located in Port Angeles, WA.• Provide a temporary capability and improve continuity of critical information technology services.• Improve resilience against natural disasters, utility failures, and cybersecurity incidents.• Provide secure, redundant Internet connectivity and support recovery operations.• Deploy infrastructure that can support future expansion into a permanent facility1) Firewall:Provide one (1) Fortinet FortiGate 90G or a newer or higher–capability Fortinet model that meets or exceeds the following requirements:• Enterprise Protection Bundle, FortiCare support, and FortiGuard security services.• Centralized management and logging capabilities.• SD–WAN and dual–WAN functionality for the DIA fiber circuit and Starlink failover.• SFP/SFP+ fiber interfaces, or manufacturer–supported fiber connectivity using appropriate transceivers.2) Network Switch:Provide one (1) Fortinet FortiSwitch 348G or a newer or higher–capability Fortinet model that meets or exceeds the following requirements:• Forty–eight (48) Gigabit Ethernet access ports and managed Layer 2/Layer 3 switching.• FortiLink integration with the FortiGate.• SFP and/or SFP+ fiber uplinks with manufacturer–supported transceivers.• IEEE 802.3bt (PoE++) support, providing at least 60 watts per PoE++–capable port.• Capacity to support standalone Airport operations and future DR expansion• Fiber optic connectivity shall be supported on both the firewall and switch. The proposal shall identify and include the specific transceivers and related components required for the proposed design.• Redundant hot–swappable power supplies or equivalent resiliency features shall be included when available for the proposed model.
