(1) Vendor needs to provide correctional health services to the government authority located in Indianapolis, IN. – A health services that provides high quality, comprehensive health services to approximately 25,000–28,000 incarcerated individuals including up to 1,000 detainees for Immigration and Customs Enforcement. – Health care is provided according to standards of care that are different for adult and youth populations.– In youth facilities, health care is provided as part of a collaborative continuum of care that includes treatment teams, intensive case management and a therapeutic environment focused on rehabilitation and habilitation.(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on August 26, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 27, 2026.
