– Vendor needs to provide integrated livelihoods and enterprise development strategy service. – Provide development of a conservation–compatible integrated livelihoods and enterprise development strategy in selected areas of the north conservation programme landscape.– Develop a market linkage strategy which includes aggregation, value addition, transportation.– Develop a 2–year implementation roadmap with priority interventions.– Conduct a socio–economic and ecological situation analysis, develop an integrated livelihoods and enterprise development strategy that aligns improved household incomes and food security.– Develop a geo–referenced database of farmers, producer clusters and collectors.– Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for private sector engagement.– Assess informal markets (local demand, price trends, seasonality).
