CONS-24491 - USA (Lewisburg, Tennessee) - Camp Store Renovation Service - Deadline October 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide camp store renovation service to the government authority located in Lewisburg, TN. – For this project without prior written approval of Facilities Management.– Include a Declaration of Intended Use of Subcontractor(s) form that clearly states the intent to use a subcontractor (vendor, trade partner, installer, or any other term), along with their name and license number.– All work shall comply with state–approved versions of the International Building Code, standards, regulations, other applicable codes, manufacturer’s recommendations, and best practices.– All color selections shall be provided to the contractor by the Facilities Management Project Manager. – All material substitutions must be pre–approved prior to bid acceptance. – All materials shall be installed per manufacturers’ recommendation, industry best practice, and applicable code.(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on October 14, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.(4) The contract period will be one year.
