CLEANING-13823 - USA (Parker, Colorado) - Restroom Cleaning Service - Deadline October 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide restroom cleaning service to the government authority located in Parker, CO. – Provide comprehensive cleaning, sanitation, stocking, condition monitoring, specialized cleaning, and on–call response for public park restrooms. – The objective is to keep plumbed and vault restrooms clean, sanitary, safe, fully stocked, and welcoming throughout the year while allowing services to expand as the park system grows.– Provide daily cleaning at every designated facility, including weekends and holidays as directed.• Clean, sanitize, and disinfect toilets, urinals, seats, sinks, faucets, counters, and associated fixtures.• Sweep and wet–clean floors, remove spills, standing water, mud, waste, and debris, address floor drains where applicable.• Clean and disinfect partitions, walls, doors, handles, grab bars, baby–changing stations and other high–touch surfaces.• Clean mirrors, dispensers, stainless steel and other surfaces without damage or residue.• Empty and sanitize trash and sanitary receptacles and install liners.• Restock toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, seat covers and other authorized consumables.• Remove litter and debris from restroom interiors and the immediate exterior entrance area.• Check fixtures, dispensers, lights, doors, locks, ventilation and visible plumbing for proper operation, report deficiencies promptly.• Leave the facility secure, presentable, odor–controlled, and ready for public use.• Provide scheduled or authorized pressure washing and deep cleaning of floors, walls, partitions, fixtures, entrances, and other surfaces using equipment and wastewater controls appropriate for the location.• Provide trained personnel for bodily fluid and biohazard response using appropriate exposure–control procedures, personal protective equipment, isolation, cleanup, disinfection, sharps precautions, packaging, transportation, disposal, and incident documentation.• Maintain an after–hours contact and dispatch process for urgent and unsanitary conditions between scheduled visits, including sewage backups, clogs, vandalism, graffiti, bodily fluids, biohazards, supply outages, excessive trash, and unsafe conditions.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 22, 2026.
