Bayswater School is seeking a suitably experienced and qualified contractor to undertake roof remediation, and replacement works across Blocks 1, 2, 3, 5, 100636 (Hall), and associated site structures. The project includes replacement of deteriorated roofing elements, roof fixings, gutters, clearlite roofing and safety mesh installations, together with covered way roof replacement and updating of the school's CAD site plan. Works will be undertaken within a live operational school environment and will require careful coordination to minimise disruption to school activities.
