(1) Vendor needs to provide housing support program service to the government authority located in Minnesota. – Provide capacity of Housing Support Program (HSP) providers serving individuals receiving Medical Assistance (MA) home and community–based services (HCBS) to improve access to stable, community–integrated housing.– Targeted capacity–building activities, the program seeks to reduce the risk of homelessness and unnecessary institutionalization while supporting individuals' ability to live in the community and exercise choice in their housing options.– Strengthening administrative and organizational capacity to administer HSP room and board benefits.– Developing regional or collaborative HSP models that expand access to community integrated housing.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026.
