(1) Vendor needs to provide statewide courier services to the government authority located in Minnesota.– Statewide Courier Services (letters and parcels weighing up to 100 pounds)– Provide comprehensive courier services for the pickup, transport, and delivery of letters, parcels, materials, clinical and environmental samples, and other items weighing up to 100 pounds. – Services shall include both Scheduled Route Services and On–Call Services, with defined time–specific delivery windows such as Same Day (Stat), Next Day, Weekend, and other service levels established by the State.(2) An optional virtual pre–proposal meeting will take place on October 27, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 30, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
